Route 84 in Pemiscot County Closed for Railroad Maintenance

SIKESTON -Route 84 in Pemiscot County will be closed as railroad crews perform railroad maintenance.  

This section of the roadway is located from Route D to County Road 346 near Caruthersville, Missouri. 

Weather permitting, work is scheduled to take place from 7 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 31 through 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1.  

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
