CLOSED: I 35 southbound ramp at mile marker 114 and weigh station closure set for Aug. 27 ? Aug. 28

ST. JOSEPH, Mo.–Emery Sapp & Sons, LLC, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, has scheduled the southbound Interstate 35 ramp at mile marker 114 to be closed between 2-6 p.m. this afternoon, Thursday, Aug. 27, and 8-11 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 28, for pavement resurfacing on these ramps. Between these two periods, the southbound ramps will have one lane open with a 12-foot width restriction.  

The southbound weigh station at mile marker 110 will be closed tomorrow, Friday, Aug 28, from 12-5 p.m. for pavement resurfacing on the ramps. Access to the weigh station from southbound I-35 will be closed during this time.  

Traffic Impacts: Southbound I-35 ramps at the Iowa state line, mile marker 114, will be closed between 2-6 p.m. today and 8-11 a.m. tomorrow. Outside of closure times, the ramps will be narrowed to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction. Southbound I-35 weigh station at mile marker 110 will be closed from 12-5 p.m.  

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
